Over 1,500 Polish settlements in Volhynia were completely destroyed. Between 1943 and 1946, Ukrainian nationalists murdered up to approximately 100,000 Poles in Volhynia, Eastern Lesser Poland, and the Lublin region. They perished in nearly 4,000 localities. To this day, the majority of the victims have not received exhumation, individual commemoration, or a Christian burial. Their remains still lie in unmarked graves, killing pits, forests, fields, and the sites of villages that no longer exist. Historian Dr. Leon Popek described the tragedy of the Polish inhabitants of Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland—as well as the dramatic struggle to preserve the memory of the victims—in an article titled "Memory of Volhynia and Eastern Lesser Poland," published in *Biuletyn IPN* (IPN Bulletin) No. 4/2017. The researcher not only highlighted the scale of the genocide perpetrated by the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army but also outlined the fate of the locations …More
Lombardy's Bishops on Their Phones: All ten bishops of Lombardy gathered from July 5–10 at the Hermitage of Montecastello in Tignale del Garda for their annual Spiritual Exercises, led by Bishop Massimiliano Palinuro, Apostolic Administrator of Istanbul. They met "for prayer, reflection, and fraternity." The photo showing the bishops all looking down at their phones could be reading the Breviary.

He took the paten with the pieces of bread (I do not know whether he had placed it on the chalice) and said: ‘Take and eat; this is my Body which is given for you.’ He stretched forth his right hand as if to bless, and, whilst he did so, a brilliant light came from him, his words were luminous, the bread entered the mouths of the Apostles as a brilliant substance, and light seemed to penetrate and surround them all, Judas alone remaining dark. Jesus presented the bread first to Peter, next to John and then he made a sign to Judas to …More

Post is from 2018. Eastern events of recent years. "In 2013", said the Russian Patriarch, "the heads of local Orthodox Churches came to Moscow to celebrate the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus, and when they met Vladimir Putin, one of the strongest messages was the request that Russia should accept to take part in the protection of Christians in the Middle East. I am pleased", Kirill added, "that this happened, and thanks to Russia's intervention, the genocide of Christians was stopped". The Head of the Russian Church confirmed the intention of the Patriarchate of Moscow to contribute to the humanitarian aid of Middle Eastern populations, and also to the reconstruction of "places of worship, monasteries, monuments, including Muslim monuments and historical monuments". I posted once on how Russia brought aid to a Catholic nursing home where Sisters took care of disabled and elderly. How both Catholics and Muslims ran to the Russian bases to escape the genocide in both Christian …More
What Fernández wrote on paper – and what was also signed by a Vatican lackey – only proves how far the Vatican has departed from Christ and from the faith. It was worth seeing the consecration of the bishops of the Society of St Pius X: what peace, what joy, what prayerful atmosphere, what solemnity! Nothing like that can be seen in the post-conciliar Church anymore. In contrast, the Vatican is in chaos … The Society therefore hoped that it might succeed. But those who wish to serve Christ must carry their cross to the very end, just as Christ carried His cross. They said to Him: Come down from the cross; save yourself and us, because we want to live here on our own terms and go about our business. But Christ did not come down from the cross and fulfilled God’s will to the very end – unto death on the cross. For years, the Society has been trying to make contact with the Vatican. In the Vatican, however, key positions are increasingly being occupied by people who have been completely …More
Tu jest błąd: " Ale Chrystus nie zstąpił z krzyża i nie wypełnił woli Bożej do samego końca – aż do śmierci na krzyżu." - taki mały niuans, a jaka zmiana całego sensu naszej Wiary, ech czasy elektronów i papki medialnej.
For Nietzsche, an atheist, suffering really has no meaning. How can it? He famously said, "God is dead". After he died, someone commented: God; Nietzsche is dead.
Riaan Van Zyl July 10, 2026 'It is not the same Catholic Faith that the world had always known,' he said in a recent declaration. Just weeks before his scheduled consecration on July 25, Fr. Michael Mary, F.SS.R., has published what amounts to his final public explanation for accepting the episcopacy from Bishop Pierre Roy, presenting the ceremony not as a personal honor but as a necessary response to what he describes as an unprecedented crisis in the Church. In a declaration released on July 8, the co-founder of the Congregation of the Sons of the Most Holy Redeemer, who is now 73, reflected upon a lifetime spent in the Catholic faith and on the convictions that have brought him to this moment. “Our Holy Mother the Catholic Church has been and, by God’s grace, will ever be the great love of my life,” he writes, before lamenting what he sees as the devastation that followed the Second Vatican Council. “The devastation, the destruction, is tangible … And this has come to pass because …More
The Roman Rite Returns to Another Monastery: Today, twelve Benedictine monks from Le Barroux officially established a new monastic community at Notre-Dame de Bellefontaine Abbey in western France. Founded in the early 12th century, the abbey was home to Trappist monks from 1816 until their departure in 2025. Fr. Raphaël, the new prior, paid tribute to the departing community: "The monastery is in very good condition. The brothers cared for it until the very end, always hoping they could remain." And: "Our liturgy will be celebrated in Latin and Gregorian chant. There will be those who like it and those who do not. Each person must discern for himself."
